Shipping policy

At Clow, we do everything possible to ship your orders quickly and safely from Belgium.

Delivery area

We deliver to:

  • Belgium
  • European Union
  • United Kingdom
  • Switzerland
  • International (depending on the country)

Fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Processing times

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. During busy periods (sales, product launches), the time may be slightly longer.

Delivery times

Depending on the carrier used (Bpost, Mondial Relay, DPD, UPS…):

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 2–7 business days
  • International: 5–15 business days

These times are indicative and may vary beyond our control (strikes, customs, weather…).

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • the country
  • the chosen carrier
  • the weight of the package
  • any applicable promotions

Delivery may be free above a certain amount (if enabled in the store).

Order tracking

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • the carrier

  • your tracking number

  • the link to track your package in real time

Incorrect or incomplete address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided address.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or stolen package

If the carrier confirms that a package is delivered, Clow is not responsible in case of theft or disappearance.

If the package is declared lost by the carrier, we will arrange a reshipment or a refund.

Customs (outside the EU)

For shipments outside the European Union:

  • customs fees may apply
  • they are the responsibility of the customer
  • Clow has no control over these fees
